Freshly snipped and bundled into a wrapped bouquet in May, June, July, August and September. A literal bushel of beauty to remind that someone special just how loved they are.
     
    Subscription gift cards (shown) will accompany the purchase and can be presented to your loved one ahead of the blooming season.  Wrap this up with something sweet to eat for a delightful now-and-later gift!  

    • How does this work?

      1. Collect your subscription gift card at one of our pick-up locations (select location at checkout).  Remember to bring your ID or receipt!

       

      2. Present the card to your loved one and soak up the smiles.  

       

      3. We will reach out to your recipient by phone (at the number provided on this form) in mid May.  We'll go over the pick-up dates and help them select their preferred pick-up location for the season:

      4. A fresh bouquet will be waiting for them at their selected pick-up location, on the last Tuesday of each month:  May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27 and September 24

       

      If they are unable to collect their bouquet on a particular pick-up date, they can appoint an alternate pick-up person, but this must be communicated to Flat Rock Farm Co at least one day in advance of the pick-up date.
